⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service with Heart We had a wonderful experience at Crews Jewelry Store in Grandview, Mo. My 91 year-old mother needed her updated Life Alert device securely attached to her chain, and Robyn and Stacey went above and beyond to help us. They were not only professional and skilled in finding a secure solution, but also incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Their problem-solving and genuine care for my mother’s comfort and safety were exceptional. To our surprise, they refused any payment for their help—even when my mother insisted and offered $60 as a thank-you. Instead, they graciously suggested a donation to a local children’s fund, which the store proudly supports. In a world where good service can be hard to find, Robyn and Stacey reminded us that kindness and community spirit are alive and well. We will definitely be back—and recommending them to everyone we know.

I found Crews Jewelry by asking for recommendations on Facebook. I was in need of someone to fix a botched repair on my ring from another jeweler. They were able to repair the ring and the price was very reasonable. I have been in since for a cleaning and inspection of my wedding ring. It is nice that they send reminders. They are also all very friendly people!
