Your item(s) must be left to insure close and careful examination, unless a scheduled appointment is arranged. You will receive two copies of your appraisal and a photograph attached to the document. We recommend that all customers have their jewelry items appraised and itemized and carry insurance on their special jewelry pieces in case of loss or theft. This will ensure a better chance that your insurance company will replace your special piece of jewelry with a like quality piece. Most homeowner policies do not cover the loss or damage of jewelry.
