Crews Jewelry has a master Jeweler on staff with over thirty years of experience. We recommend that our customers stop in frequently for an inspection and professional cleaning offered at no charge. By inspecting and maintaining your jewelry it prevents any loss of valuable treasures. If a repair is needed we will provide you with a recommendation and quote at the time of drop-off or notify you if any adjustments need to be made before the repair is complete. Repairs are done on premises and in a timely fashion, express service is available on most pieces, for an additional fee. We use the state of the art equipment such as our Laserstar welder for a more efficient and durable repair. Our repairs include: sizing rings, tipping and replacing stones, solder breaks in chains, bracelets, earrings, rings, etc., arthritic shanks, tightening stones, refurbishing jewelry, pearl and bead restringing, welding eyeglasses, replacing watch batteries, shortening watch bands, and much more.

Your item(s) must be left to insure close and careful examination, unless a scheduled appointment is arranged. You will receive two copies of your appraisal and a photograph attached to the document. Crews Jewelry watch repairs include changing watch batteries, cleaning and adjustments of watch bands on premises. We also offer other watch repairs which include new crystals, cleaning and overhauls of watch movements, new stem and crowns, these services are done locally by a certified Rolex watchmaker.
